…..its ok to have those thoughts. Its only when you start to identify yourself with them, that you become them.
When hunger arises, it is to be percieved, as a state of mind or being that comes and goes. For when one identifies with “being hunger”, it gets the best of us, where we may not make the best choises. When we react to hunger, we wind up eating the wrong things at the wrong times and not getting the best out of what we ingest and digest.
Being an observer of that hunger allows one to act on the basis of the Self and not the mindstate of “hunger”. When hunger happens within the higher state of consciousness we retain control of our being. We make better choices and ingest and consume consciously.
